Beauty across Cultures- Africa

The June 2022 edition of the magazine carried an article on conflicting perception about beauty among various cultures and groups in the world. In this and subsequent editions, we will capture the diversity of beauty in pictures from each continent of the world, starting with Africa. If you are tempted to turn your nose on any of the cultures represented in the pictures, remember that God did not take permission from you to create the different languages which are the roots of the various cultures. It is also possible that the people you look down on have a distaste for your own standard of beauty as well. That does not make it right though. It just goes to reinforce the saying that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Enjoy our compilation!
