God’s Judgement: This is a topic that many preachers of “another gospel,” (as Paul termed the kind of Gospel preached in churches these days), do not want to touch with a long pole. According to some of them, God is too loving to judge or send anyone to hell. Sadly, many gullible folks who call themselves Christians believe these charlatans and reject the word of God.
In Jeremiah 9:24, God says, “Let him who boasts, boast in this, that he understands and knows Me, that I am the LORD who practices steadfast love, justice, and righteousness in the earth. For in these things I delight, declares the LORD.” Psalm 89:14 states, “Righteousness and justice are the foundation of Your throne.”
While preaching the Gospel to Athenian pagans, Paul said “And the time of ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men everywhere to repent: For He has set a day when He will judge the world with justice by the Man He has appointed. He has given proof of this to everyone by raising Him from the dead” (Acts 17:30-31). May the compilation help you to embrace God’s mercy in Christ.
