God calls us to a life of holiness, which is actually His nature. In Leviticus 19:2, God said to Moses, “Speak unto the congregation of the children of Israel, and say unto them, Ye shall be holy: for I the LORD your God am holy.” Holiness is not what we can accomplish in our own strength. God through the Holy Spirit imparts it to us; and the Holy Spirit sanctifies or sets us apart from the world through the word of God. We pray that this compilation would help our readers to appreciate God’s holiness, and yield themselves to the pruning work of the Holy Spirit in their lives.
